it was a bit annoying to not get the access codes until the day we arrived. but the room was spacious with a mini kitchen and lovely rooftop balcony. the shuttle service was spot on, dropping us right on time.

self check-in was defintiely charming, if by charming you mean a little confusing. also, I can't believe no one even greeted me upon arrival, how hard could that be? expected a room upgrade but got treated like anyone else, shocking. the kitchenette was a sad little space and had no microwave. almost gave a good review, but no way.

Although we faced significant challenges, George's swift help with our room issue was a highlight. Note for future guests, arriving later might leave you in the dark if electricity is down, so plan ahead! The transfer service was satisfactory, making connections easier.
